We finally arrived in Madrid yesterday and met our host, Carolina. We live on Calle Fuencarral about 10 minutes from the University and the first floor of our building is a Zara (a European chain similar to Express). Fuencarral is a popular shopping district and is actually known as the movie theatre street. It seems like we live in the place where most university students like to hang out and we’re in walking distance of most of Madrid!

Sounds like and by the pictures you guys are having fun in Spain! Have fun while you are young! My daughter is in her 4th. year at the University of Western Ontario Canada. She is working towards a doctorate in forensic anthropology. I know by your blog that she would like to be there with you. The Terry`s.
